Multi-Year Help Desk Services Agreement with Sodexho Inc.
ISS Solutions entered into a multi-year Help Desk contract with food and facilities management leader, Sodexho Inc. The new agreement entrusts ISS Solutions with the Help Desk support of more than 6,000 Sodexho locations across a multitude of industries including healthcare, education, and government. more»

Recently, John Jones was promoted to Help Desk Supervisor, a role in which he oversees the daily operations of eight Help Desk Analysts. His team is currently dedicated to one of ISS Solutions largest clients, Sodexho Inc. In his role, John is charged with assuring all of Sodexho’s pre-defined service levels are met.
Steve Milletics joined ISS Solutions in 1996 immediately following his graduation from Penn State University. As a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET), Steve is responsible for helping healthcare clients manage and maintain their biomedical equipment assets. Steve’s daily responsibilities include everything from performing scheduled equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to completing emergency equipment repairs critical to our clients’ ability to provide quality patient care.
